About the specs and price,till now no official information is made by the company. But as some Internet magazines says YZF-R3 will probably have a 40PS of power. Engine will be mated to a six speed transmission system. It will probably share some of the features of Yamaha R25. Soon we can expect some announcements from Yamaha. So keep updating with us.
